When is Caleb coming home????

Everyone keeps asking, "When is Caleb coming home?" Well, who knows at this point. We really thought things were moving along. Now things seem to be at a standstill again. It's so maddening. We really thought he would have been here by June. Here it is almost September. We had been really pretty patient up until about last week and enough is enough! We just want our little boy home. We did find out we are waiting on some papers from Haiti. But no one can get to them until our file gets processed. As soon as they get that it will come here to be translated and sent to Chicago. Then, it will allow them to investigate and confirm he truly is an orphan. Had we known about this before, we could've had someone get the papers we needed before we got stuck in the stage we are in now. Todd and I talked about this waiting and someone had once said (I think it was you Laura M) that maybe there is a reason for this wait even though we don't know what or why. Our Heavenly Father has perfect timing in everything. We aren't running the show, He is. Maybe the wait is to give Caleb's birthmom time to be able to see him one more time before he leaves the country. We just don't know. We just have faith that he will come home when God brings him to us and we will be ready with open arms.
