200 files are out...

We heard that there are 200 files out now and that parents are not being notified until the child has their passport in hand! Hopefully we are one of those! We've emailed the US Embassy for them to continue to check on the status of Caleb's passport. They seem to have finally gotten things together! Kelsey is getting really excited and talks about him a lot. Today she said, "Let's talk about when Caleb comes home and the things we will show him how to do."
