Encouraging news...

We got an update from an adoptive mom that there has been definite movement within MOI.

This is what she said: Today, I learned with 100% certainty that approx. 55 files were released from MOI and have arrived in Immigration. Additionally, instead of having orphanage personnel fill out the interview form with one of the directors, which takes about 45-60minutes per form interview, orphanage personnel is now allowed to takethe form "home" with them and to bring back the filled out form. This will increase the number of files that can be processed through MOI more quickly. The letters and personal conversations with Haitian officials have paid off. I am sure that we will see more movement as there are about 350 files that still need to make it through MOI at this moment.

Kelsey keeps asking how many more days until Caleb comes home. She makes pictures and puts them in his room just for him. It's very sweet.
