He's here!!!!!!!

We are home now.. It was a long night. The flight got cancelled at the very last minute, we were actually on our way to the airport in Bloomington. We ended up driving to Chicago at midnight and picked them up. We literally stopped in the lane, Todd ran up and got them and we loaded them up and drove away. It was crazy, hectic and cold. He was quiet on the way back, I think he was tired from travelling all day. He recognized Todd right away. We stopped by McDonald's on the way home and nothing could stop him from downing some chicken McNuggets and french fries! .

Once we got back to Linda's he perked up and was chatting away about the Charlotte's Web movie and I had no idea what he was talking about, then he would just laugh. Luckily, Jamie was there to translate the funny things he was saying about the movie. We took a two hour nap and will probably be feeling that later! We are now home and he is thrilled with his toys and playing with everything. He was really excited about putting some change in the piggy bank with Kelsey. Kelsey and Caleb are now playing with the fire trucks and rubber snakes. Jamie said he seems very comfortable here.

Kelsey couldn't wait for him to get here. She's been showing him around and showed him the picture she had of him in her room. We are soooo glad he's finally home!!!!
