Then why we were so disappointed it didn't happen? Did we really have our hopes up that it would happen? Yes. We try not to get too excited thinking it might actually happen but for some reason we thought it might. Maybe because it was the FIFTH time it had been scheduled!!!!! The missionary is going to try and track down the birthmom for next week. She has a vested interest in getting him here since she is the one escorting Caleb home. It's hard to say why the appt didn't happen. It could've been because the birthmom never got the message. We just don't know. We only get limited information.
