A glimmer of good news....

I spoke with my senator's office today and she has called the National Visa Center to see what she can do. It is still in transit so they can't do much until it is there. She thought since we are approaching 3 weeks it should be there very soon. She said she will continue to call her Congressional Liason phone number. Once it is there they are going to pull it and expedite it. Once they receive it, it should be mailed out within a week she said. So, things aren't happening as soon as I'd like but at least they are moving in the right direction. She's sympathic and seems eager to help so hopefully things move quickly.
